Explain how different customers’
needs and expectations can be
made.
Effective customer service includes satisfying and meeting customers’ needs and
demands, so in order this, the first step would be to find out what the customers’
needs are. But this all depends on the type of customers you get in your store
because every customer’s needs and expectations are different.
Customer usually think carefully about their requirement before making a
purchase. Whenever a choice has to be made involves making decisions and
these decisions might be influenced by countless changing motives. But some
customers just look to buy product for the cheapest price possible where as
some customers look for variety and quality. In order for the business to be a
success, they must a strong understand of who their target market are and their
expectations.
Customers’ expectations and needs are different depending on the customer
because if an athlete goes to subway the will ask for something healthy where as
if a student goes in to subway they will ask for anything they want because they
don’t have to eat healthy.
All most every market has a combination of a group of customers with different
needs and expectations about the product want to buy and the service they want
to receive. It is very vital for the marketing strategy of a business to takes place,
to carry out research about customer requirements to make sure that they
provide products and services that best fit the customers' needs and
expectations in the relevant market segment.
How blind people’s needs and expectation can be made?
Blind people needs the attention of staff member because without it the blind
person would not know if he/she purchase the right product. When you see a
bind person approach them, identify themselves, ask if they would like some
help and to listen to the reply and assist as required because their disability
makes it difficult if the blind person is after a certain product they would not be
able to pick up that specific product because they can’t see and for this reason
they would need assistance of employees.
How non English speaker’s needs and expectation can be made?
Non English speaker needs the attention of a staff member especially if English is
not their first language because they won’t be able to communicate and ask for
help. When an employee see that the customer can't speak English very well the
employee should introduce themselves and use simple word to explain what they
want. The employee should speak slowly to get their point across and lastly use
short sentences and offer help if they need it.
How old people’s needs and expectations can be made?
Old people need special attention because they are very week and venerable.
When an employee’s see an old person they should approach them the
