Choice of approach Educational approach giving people knowledge
and understanding enabling them to make their
own diet choices. The aim of this approach is
‘to empower individuals by giving them
information and facts so they can make
informed decisions.’ (Ferreiro Peteiro et al.,
2016) Fear tactic as I am going to explain the
possible effects of poor nutrition on an
individual’s health. The fear tactic is an
approach that the media uses to induce fear
into individuals about some of the behaviours
that they may have.
Choice of media Poster
Measurable outcomes Pre and post-campaign questionnaires
Evaluation My campaign met the aims and objectives that I
wanted it to meet. Some people have now
become aware of some nutritional deficiencies
that may arise due to not having a balanced
and varied diet.
