Reviewing the success of the business event
To a greater extent, the sales exhibition was a success
because the event organiser had the knowledge of what he
was required to do and how the event was to be planned. Also
business managed to make bookings of the venue and labour
that was need hence this made the Sales exhibition successful.
A risk assessment was done by the event organiser which
stated the hazards and solution that was carried out. This
indicated the success of the business because this hazards
where fix before the occurrence of the event.
For the conclusion of the sales exhibition that was held by THE
College, the event was a success in a way that all the
delegates that where invited managed to attend the event, as
evidence is shown by the register that all the customers came.
Also as shown on the equipment checklist, most of the tools
and gear was in good condition and equipment that needed
amendments was fixed. Customers were also provided with
information and solution of certain problems that they wanted to
be acknowledged for instance, Customers asked about bring
food and drinks to the sales exhibition and the business
responded by saying food will be provided hence customers
were not allowed to bring food.
