, The pharmaceutical company Glaxo was founded in 1850 and in 2001 merged with SmithKline
Beecham. It is headquartered in Brentford, London and in 2015 was the world’s sixth largest
pharmaceutical company. Some of GSK stakeholders are the investors, patients, employees,
managers, the Government, the local community.
