, INTRODUCTION
In this assignment I will be defining organisational
structure and its different types. Later on I will be
discussing McDonalds and Nike’s organisational
structure that is how they are organised and how they
communicate with its employees. Which style of
organisational structure they have adopted and how it
helps them to achieve their aims and objectives. Soon
after discussing and providing a researched overview, I
will be showing the organisational structure for each of
my chosen business along with my explanation that
why I have classified it as such. After that i will be
discussing the various terminologies used such as
Chain of command and lines of control or the span of
control of various managers and my observation on it.
