,Introduction
In this assignment, I will produce a plan that meets clients' needs which is
created accurately according to the owner. I'll also justify the plan and gain
feedback to an extent that it's appropriate to the solution. Furthermore, with that
plan and justification, I will develop a solution using the plan which in the end the
target is to test the solutions and provide documentation that I need to test the
cloud storage and collaboration solution to ensure that it functions properly and
satisfies the client's requirements.
P3: Produce plans for cloud storage and collaboration solutions to
meet a client’s needs.
Purpose of the solution
The purpose of the solution is to give a cloud-based collaboration solution to the
department of the IT company. The main purposes are to be able to manage the
work tasks precisely and efficiently which will benefit the company to have better
results for the aims of the manufacturing company. These facilities will allow the
members of the company to process the tasks and the members will need to
complete the tasks with the right tools; where in this case, this is the solution,
where the cloud-based collaboration will help the company to offer to the
members to work with two different types of browsers, which will help to work
securely because it will protect the personal data of the clients. They can access
word documents and spreadsheets which will allow them to do collaborative
work, create appointments, share calendar appointments, and many more
facilities.
Client’s requirements
The client's requirement is that they will create a strategy that is appropriate for
the IT department. The five employees who will work in the department will
require cloud-based storage to cooperate, such as sharing word documents,
spreadsheets, or calendar appointments. This will help them to work more
quickly and efficiently, and it will also be easier to back up. The company also
needs to ensure the security of the clients; there must be security on the
hardware devices and software, such as firewall and antivirus, just to make sure
that they can navigate safely.

The users' need is to make sure that they can give feedback to the clients so that
they can know what improvement needs to be done. Gathering the feedback will
be helpful to understand if the users are satisfied with the work. The users need
to check if all the requirements are right. The users need to be sure that they can
access what the clients offer to the clients.
Technical requirements
The clients will need to use hardware such as laptops, there is other hardware
that can be very useful for them, such as printers or any smartboard where they
can do the presentation for meetings. Software like cloud-based storage will
allow them to work with the other software services: word documents,
spreadsheets, shared calendars, and more facilities that can allow them to work
easily. The other resources that will be required for security maintenance are the
security software where the data stored on the devices will be safe.
Legal and ethical considerations
The clients will need to respect other opinions and see what others are sharing,
the collaborations will be done by sharing ideas and deciding together, this is the
way that the company will be able to make success, with positivity and good
collaboration. The work should be done with fairness, equality, and with the right
behavior formality in the office.
Risks and how these might be mitigated.
For the risk of losing the files, documents, or any other data, they will need to
back up the data every time they access the work so that they can make sure the
data won't be lost. For any virus attacks, they need to make sure that the devices
will be used for work purposes only, also they need to make sure that anti-virus
software and firewall. For the security of their own devices, they will need to set
up strong access details and make sure that no one will be able to access the
device unless it's the owner of it.
