The management of human resources is essential to any type of businesses because they're
the one who have the power to recruit employees. The management should find the right
approach to their employees to be able to plan and manage them in a professional manner.
Human resource management is an important factor for the business because if the employees
perform well in the business therefore the business and production and sells increases and this
is due to the fact of human resource management. A business can manage its human
resources through methods like motivation, training, appraisals, good wages, flexible working
hours and personal development.
Managing the human resource department can help build more reliable and hardworking
workforce. When the managers manage the employees appropriately and professionally this
can lead to highly motivated and skilled staff and can definitely improve business performance.
For example it’s important for Pizza hut to provide staff with incentives so the employees feel
that their hard work is being valued by the head of Pizza hut and they will therefore work hard
and to achieve targets.
The most important point of human resource management is to employ the correct employees
who have the right motivation and skills to succeed in the business. In this case the
performance of Pizza hut can be improved if the human resource management employ the
right people according to specific jobs. For example if Pizza hut needed a cashier, the human
resource management will employ someone who is good with math's and also good
communication skills. Furthermore Pizza hut can improve the performance of their business by
appraising and motivating the employees and this will help them feel better and do better in
the job. Furthermore Pizza hut can give bonuses to experienced workers who have helped a lot,
and this can make the staff work harder and better because they have been rewarded for their
good work.
