Endurance Activity
● Fatigue resistance
● Greater proportion of type 1 fibres
● Mitochondrial network
● Enhanced fatty acid oxidation
Resistance Activity
● Selective myofibre hypertrophy
● Protein accretion (anabolic stimulus)
