Customers
Samsung has a lot of customers, they got a lot of customers because people are
interested more in electronics products, mostly smartphones. Samsung’s customers
are interested mostly in smartphones because they like the quality, technology and
other features that are make people to buy their smartphones. Although, since last
year they removed their phones home button (i.e. Samsung Galaxy S8) which was
really a good idea. Also they provide discounts to the customers that help them to
make a profit.
Workers
Samsung has a large number of employees. They are interested in their job
securely. They also pay rates so they want good working conditions and also less
number of working hours. Their influence will be to ensure that they get good wage
rates and good working conditions. As Lee Byung-chu is the founder of Samsung,
therefore he is the first employee of Samsung Company.
Government
The Government will seek to influence all big businesses such as Samsung, to
encourage them to employ as many people as possible, to make profits, so that
taxes are paid, and also to encourage them to use a better technology into almost all
Samsung devices such as smartphones, tablets or any other devices etc. to attract
more people interested into devices, specially smartphones.
Owners
Samsung Group is the owner of Samsung, Lee Byung-chu is the founder, Lee Kun-
hee is the chairman and Lee Jae-yong is the voice chairman. These people are seek
to influence people to get a very high value in their business, which is very important
for them, because as we know they are competing with Apple. The important thing to
attract more people interested into the brand is the technology so the owners need to
think a good or better maybe the best technology ever in a smartphones.
