Why is this speech given? ( can be cartoon or written source)

Paragraph 1= purpose/REASON
, Paragraph 2= Describe the source( include infer+quote+explain) Eg. The
source shows US was in an isolationism state as the source depicts US not
caring and laying there on a side, and we know that US was not in the LON
in that period. (explain do not need to be too long)
Paragraph 3= overall contextual knowledge + how is the source made
effective? (tone/underlying meaning etc) ( what you know in a general idea
and not stated or depicted in the source)

Steps
1. Identify what surprises you (what you know but is depicted differently
from the source)
2. Explain why? (critical analysis of provenance, cross reference,
contectual knowledge, common sense)
3. Identify what did not surprises you and explain it.
4. Bonus mark: Further analysis/ development of provenance/ explain
simply what the source is about (the source is…/they did that to…etc.)
