The Bellevue Hospital has both internal and external market factors, and stakeholders, that impact the organization. A few external market factors are the community advisory board (CAB), the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, the New York State Department of Health, federal agencies, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). There are many internal factors who play a major role in the healthcare organization and with what they do daily.
