Sainsbury’s have always has done in the past. Even though the
company has grown as well as developed throughout the
process of globalisation, they also have faced few challenges as
well.
One thing that Sainsbury may face during the process of
globalisation is that the website may not intrigue the customer
which can lead them to having information fatigue. This means
that the website may not be 100 percent accurate and might
mislead the customers into thinking that Sainsbury’s did not
intend to provide them with accurate information in the first
place. This can cause Sainsbury’s to get sued for misleading
information and data on their website. Given the reason why
Sainsbury’s would need to check the website consistently and
view which information would be useful as well as for
consumers to understand while gain information about the
supermarket. Overall, this can be done by employees through
their data systems and market segmentation.

can now do online orders from their nearest supermarket such
