an act of anti-social behaviour, which could’ve offended many people who
saw it. This is the reason that the police should’ve been aware of the
situation, so they can see if anything similar had happed around that
time. If this were to happen again, the police should have knowledge of
what happed so they can handle it accordingly.

was no CCTV at the event. Somebody could’ve used Bluetooth in order to
change the displays material. Because there were no cameras securing
the projectors and their surrounding area, it has made it harder to catch
the person. In the future, Brilliant Billboards should have cameras looking
at the displays to secure them. If there were cameras at them event, the
footage could’ve been studied to find any suspicious activity.

was showing the intended content but when Charita was walking back,
that’s when the rude material was displayed. This shows how quickly it
was to change the material with the unauthorised person’s own content.

owner so they can decide whether the material should be changed.
