Implementing your solution and delivering the organisation’s services and
products
My solution is affective at delivering the needs of the organisation because
they’re able to log when courses are going to take place on their system. This
is useful to them because they can save information about the events and
customers to send them the correct information about a course they’re
interested in.
Implementing a cloud based server wouldn’t take much time for the
organisation. It would allow them to share files with staff from anywhere
there’s an internet connection. This will allow staff to access work quickly and
removing the need to scroll through their emails, potentially losing the work.
The downside to cloud based servers is it can be at risk to hackers. As long as
the organisation have strong passwords and keep their devices safe, they are
being as secure as they can.
Managing and supporting staff
My solution supports the management of the staff. This is achieved by the
manager being able to check the activity of their staff in order to make sure
they are doing what their supposed to. This is a benefit because if a malicious
person got access to a staff members computer, the manager can see what
they’re doing and stop them before they do a lot of damage to the system.
The organisation would have to make sure the staff get frequent breaks away
from the computer. This is because if the staff member gets some sort of
physical injury, the organisation may be viable. It is important that they follow
the Health and Safety Regulations Act 1992 in order to avoid this.
Managing and supporting the organisation's clients
My solution supports the organisations clients. The organisation host e-
learning services for customers to use, so they can learn about a course
they’re interested in. this benefits the organisation because the customers can
prepare for the course with the resources and don’t have to spend money
training them.
