Implementing your solution and delivering the organisation’s services and
products
An implication for implementing my solution is downtime. This affects the
implementation because it will take a few days for the computers to be
properly installed or upgraded. If the computers aren’t ready while customers
want to buy from them, it would reduce the amount of money they’d make. To
avoid this, computers could be changed a department at a time. This would
allow business to carry on while the solution gets properly implemented.
Managing and supporting staff
An implication for supporting staff is weak passwords. If the password on the
staff accounts are weak, it will increase the chances of somebody else
guessing the password. If this happened, they could gain access to Cinnamon
Agricultural Services system and steal or damage their files. This would be bad
for them because they would not be following the Data Protection Act and
could get a fine. To prevent this from happening, they would have to teach
staff members what makes a secure password to ensure their accounts don’t
get breached as easily.
