Organisation Windows 10 Windows 10 is the recommended operating system to use for all the
computers in the organisation. This is because it is still being
supported by Microsoft and is receiving security updates. This adds to
the level of security of Neuton & Neuton Retail and ensures the data
they collect stays private. If the computers didn’t have an OS, staff
would find it hard to navigate the system as they don’t have a
graphical user interface to interact with.
Organisation Office 365 Office 365 is required by staff members at Neuton & Neuton Retail
because they need a database software. With this they can log
customer information, items in stock and the amount of money they
have made. Office 365 comes with other software which the
organisation might use to increase staffs work speed. As well as
getting more programs, they still get updated regularly, so they can
get the latest features for the programs. Without Office 365, they
couldn’t log information effectively, plus they wouldn’t know how
