P1: Purpose and the functions of HRM, applicable to workforce
planning and resourcing of Tesla.

Human Resources Management can be explained like the responsibilities of
finding the best person for the position, screening the person, recruiting this
person and filling all the paper work, but the HR is not only that. The HR
manager of Tesla is responsible for the motivation, growing and the developing
of the people, who are working together as a team and increasing the
organizational performance, which is going to bring competitiveness of the
company.
Functions and practices of HRM.
Staffing
There needs to be direct involvement in the relevant work for these specialists
in all aspects of team preparation. In order to place the right person in the best
possible position, it is necessary to follow this strategy. Both of them will be
retrained and hired to fill the new position. It is not possible to guarantee high-
quality results without an employed and trained workers. To make sure that
each and every member of the department has the resources they need to stay
on task and profitable, it prioritises their resources.
Performance Management is quite important for Tesla as a company. The
HRM OF Tesla believes that it is very important to give change to the
employees to express themselves, to tell their opinions and the way they feel
about the working process. Performance management is part of the written and
oral process of giving feedback to the managers. This is a process recorded
during the year and the main goal is to achieve progress during the working
process.
Training Management is part of Tesla’s understanding of successful
business. Tesla is a company who is regularly training the managers from the
top positions how to communicate and how to act like a leader. This is
