- Pen and clean paper
- Cannot refer to any docs in assessment

MOCK INFORMATION
- Wil receive feedback, straight after assessment by a tutor (verbal feedback and told if C/NYC)
- 20 minutes long (tutor will notify you when 15 minutes in)
Not strict - can finish a little sooner?
- Should get the legal note for the final assessment soon after the mocks
- No specific time limits on each section; be mindful of the time
- Can request a recording of mock assessment back (for learning purposes)
- Do not speculate what the issue/client will be like
Area of law that is given in the Legal Note but do not assume the scenario [will not
know what scenario is]
- Docs may be shared during the exam in Microsoft Teams

GUIDE – Detailed
Structure - Can prepare interview introduction in advance [TEMPLATE]
- Full name, title and the firm you represent
- Explain the structure of the interview
- Mention that the meeting/first interview would be free of charge
- Repeat back to the client the info they have just shared about why they’re here
PART 2: OVERVIEW
- Where client tells you further info as to why they’ve seen you
- 2(a): Prompt client (can you explain more information as to why you have seen me today?)
