Introduction This paper is going to discuss my beliefs in care for the self, nursing, environment, and profession, professional identities, and the professional organizations I would like to be involved in as a registered nurse. Many aspects of nursing are not just hands-on, patient-centered care. Nurses need to be open-minded and aware of all these aspects that go into being a great nurse.
