Introduction: TMC laboratory is a
pharmaceutical company that develops and
produces new drugs. TMC laboratory stores
information relating drug development and
production confidential to include details of
volunteers who participate in drug trials. A
report is made to understand how important
it is to store and communicate in a
workplace laboratory. When such reports
like this are made another authorised lab
technician can go back and compare their
report with mine and make correction where
necessary. This reports also evaluates
challenges involved in relation of storage
and communication of vital information. We
produced and developed Paced capsule for
,this report. Paced capsule is proposed to
cure pains and fever.
HASAWA: Health and safety at work
act ( founded in 1974) This law covers all
areas in a workplace. These law set out
responsibilities that should be taken care of
by employers for safety of themselves and
also the safety of the workers to prevent
having to write reports of issues such as
death, accident or an illness. The HASAWA
includes laws about health and safety in a
work area is a conducive work area, Safe
tools and machinery, Well trained staff
because employers take responsibility of the
actions of their staffs , Regular risk
assessment check and taking actions as
soon as they are identified.

OBTAINED?
Obtaining data is important in a laboratory.
It is also necessary to get the details of the
volunteers who are volunteering to try the
new Beechams capsule we just produced. A
sponsor application form is contains name,
address, phone number, date, name of drug,
proposed indication for use and an IND
number etc. Investigational New Drug
number is used to identify an investigational
drug. It is identified using a number
preceded by an abbreviation of the
sponsoring company’s name (e.g., 123 -
BEE).
