This document contains a case study assignment relating to Housing Law. The case study scenario is on a homelessness application which has been rejected by a local authority. Students completing this assignment have to act on behalf of the applicant whose housing application has been rejected. They have to carry out practical legal research in order to respond back to the local authority's decision on why they believe the local authority has made a wrong decision in rejecting the application through writing a letter correspondence as well as to provide written legal advice to the client. This document DOES NOT contain the case study question.
