, The stress level and indecisiveness
Abstract:
Despite having numerous sources of information regarding stress , the topic o f this research does not
seem to be a well investigated subject. To examine this issue a group o f indi viduals volunteered to
participate in the research which allowed to facilitate the study and determine the relation bet ween
the stress level and indecisiveness. There is a num ber o f other factors that either a ffect our stress
level and decision-making or are the consequences of them , such as : ner vousness , regret ,
perfectionism, all of which are often ignored.
Apparently, the research had its own limitations due to certain circumstances , but e ven so once the
data was collected and thoroughly analyzed, the hypothesis was finally ful filled .
Introduction:
Take into consideration that this research is based on the negati ve aspects o f stress . That is why the
emphasis is on High level of stress. There are certainly other sides to it ,but no matter what part o f it
people decide to discuss about ,It is fundamental to keep in mind what the negati ve outcomes o f
stress could be. A few examples: changes in appetite ,irrita bility , lac k o f concentration ,fatigue ,the
immune system becomes more fragile so a person becomes more vulnera ble .
, Decision-making could be found problematic to anyone at some point o f their li ves . What is essential
to understand is what frequently accompanies this issue , and it is stress . People su ffer from stress on
daily basis and the causes may vary, this report , ho wever , focuses speci fically on the increasing le vel
of stress in individuals whose indecision is the main cause o f it .
The primary goal is to provide a clear perspective on the correlation bet ween the amount o f stress
and indeterminacy, in particular to show the ascending stress le vel as a result o f indecisi veness .
Since stress has been a subject of numerous studies it is only a just to ac kno wledge some o f them
and their contribution with regard to the topic of this study .
Indecisiveness may increase the occurrence of certain disputes in one ’s li fe . According to Lucas
(1992 as cited in Haraburda, 1998) , those whose inability to make a decision causes distress are less
likely to seek assistance to resolve the problem, thus it negati vely a ffects their quality o f li fe ,
logically rising the significance of the matter. A seemingly tri vial aspect o f human li ves becomes a
more serious concern once it impacts their a bility to ade quately function which is precisely what
contributes to the value of this report.

The research does not focus or prioritize a particular gender neither does it emphasi zes the necessity
of people belonging to a certain age category . Ne vertheless , a brie f overall description o f the
participants is given below:
Age: 18-57.
Gender: Males and Females.
Educational background and lifestyles are dissimilar.
The participants are from different countries.
