Good Governance
It involves constructive co-operation between the different sectors where the result is:
Efficient use of resources
Responsible use of power
Effective and sustainable service provision
Good governance emerges when stakeholders engage and participate with each other in an inclusive, transparent,
and accountable manner to accomplish better service, free of corruption and abuse, and within the rule of law.
Constitutionalism
Why do central tenets of constitutionalism exist?
To prevent arbitrary, tyrannical, and absolute decision making. Also, to secure a balanced and legitimate
constitutional order.

Narrow vs Broad constitutions
There are two understandings of Constitution:
Formal/Narrow understanding
Functional/Broad/Substantive understanding
Narrow Broad
Def: constitution as a text (legal documents) Def: Constitution not only as a text but beyond a single
formal document.
