2. Based on your findings about the client in the video, create at least two SMART goals for your client. Remember to make
each goal Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Timely.
3. Write all information in your own words (do not just copy and paste from a resource), and include properly formatted

4. You are required to use a minimum of two references.
