Communication Skills:
Goal 1: Have 1 on 1 chats with the other interns before the end of the internship.
Goal 2: Make lasting connections with team members.
I think having great ideas without being able to communicate them is of no value.
Communication is necessary to get people excited about your ideas especially if it is
something out of the box, and that is what most great ideas are.
Initiative taking and entrepreneurial skills:
Goal 1: Have an MVP for my web app ratemycourses.io before the end of the year.
Goal 2: Have the first user before the end of the year.
I have entrepreneurial aspirations and I am trying to solve a problem that I was facing.
Collaboration and Leadership Skills:
Goal 1: Better collaborate with other interns.
Goal 2: Lead new interns in their first few weeks of their internship.
Being a good leader and being able to collaborate with others is the only way to achieve
great things.
