2. last name up to 15 characters
3. 4 digits assigned by your agency

Recovered Vehicles -answer vehicles in the possession of a law enforcement agency
that are not stolen and the owner is unknown or cannot be contacted

card - Module 2 certification required to access these records
Concealed Handguns Permit -answer status information on individuals who have
applied for or have been issued NC concealed handgun permits
Sex Offender Registration -answer Persons who have been convicted of certain sex
offenses and are required to register in NC
