Dominant Strategy is described as a policy that is dominant for a player in the sense if it is
capable of yielding a higher payoff than any other strategy, regardless of what the opponent
chooses (Froeb et al., 2017).
Checking whether Firm 1 does have a dominant strategy:
Firm 1 has two strategies: "high" and "low." We'll compare these strategies based on the choices
made in Firm 2.
