Objective Assessment #1 Checklist
Before requesting approval of the Medication Dosage Objective Assessment #1, you must complete all items on
this checklist. Your course instructor is required to audit your academic engagement using this checklist which
may take 24 — 48 hours. To avoid any delays, it is essential that all items be completed before requesting
approval.
When taking the PAs, it is crucial that you do not use notes or resources to answer questions. This prevents you
from knowing which content areas you need to review before taking the OA. Students who use resources to
complete the PAs are at a substantially greater risk for failing the OAs.
