Patient Background:
Clinical Date: October 31, 2024
Background: 66 yr old male patient BIBA for
generalized weakness and inability to
ambulate while at home. Has had chronic
cough, shortness of breath with dyspnea and
intermittent chest pain.
Multiple Comorbidities: CKD IV; Exacerbation
CHF; CAD w/ multiple MI and stent placements;
Type II DM; Morbid Obesity (BMI 43.2)
Admitted For: Acute diastolic CHF Exacerbation
& Acute Kidney Injury
