Question
(a) 1) Sexual assault - Touched her breasts, even thou because of her
admiration towards X, this is consented BUT she is under age which is still
sexual assault
2) Sexual exploitation - Showed her a pornographic film and told her that
becoming sexually active would improve her flexibility. Leading her to believe that
his actions are correct because he is helping her which in fact X was only doing
this for his own benefit
3) Sexual assault - Kissed her, even thou because of her admiration
towards X, this is consented BUT she is underage which is still sexual assault –

4) Rape/ Molestation - Abusing an underage child physically or mentally
leaves a scare, by doing what he did he toke away he innocents and advised he that
this is what is right.
(b) 1) Emotional Abuse involves nonphysical behaviour that belittles another
person and can include insults, put down, verbal threats or other tactics that
make the victim feel threatened, inferior, ashamed or degraded- In this case X
Emotional abused Z, and allowed her to feel ashamed
2) Sexual exploitation is defined as taking advantage of someone for sexual
purposes. In this case, X bought Z a Whiskey even thou she is underage, in
order to make her weak, so that he could control her in order to please
himself.
3) Sexual interference is defined as any form of unwanted sexual contact
other than sexual assault. In this case, X forceable and knowing the age of Z
made her drunk and then toke advantage of her without her consent, which
would constitute sexual touching.
4) Rape is defined as sexual intercourse without consent. In this case, X
sexually penetrated Z without her consent, which would amount to rape. The
law states what Z has done is rape – S V MD and NM Case no: CC55/2016
In Both these answer are Sexual offence against a Children.
