Located in Texas, outside of Dallas/Fort Worth, the large state school has a wildly popular football team and just hired a new head coach. Along with all of these exciting developments, the school plans to build a new stadium in celebration of this new era in the dynasty of SWU. (Heizer, Et. Al., 2017) Discussion Given a short time window, the construction company faces some challenges. In addition to a $10,000 per day penalty for being delayed, the school is slated to play a major rival 270 days from the project start. If the game has to be delayed or cancelled due to the construction taking too long, then the company will face severe public backlash.(Heizer, Et.
