Level 3 Assignment A – Lesson Plan

Class: A2 pre-intermediate 10-12 years old Date: 1/28/2025 Topic: past continuous tense for interrupted actions
Number of students: 12 Length of lesson: 60 minutes

Lesson aim: To increase active usage of the past continuous for interrupted actions.


Lesson objectives:
⚫ students will be familiar with the uses of past continuous tense for interrupted actions and how to use past continuous and simple past in
one sentence with the conjunction (when).
⚫ students will be familiar with form of past continuous tense for interrupted actions with when

• White board, board pens, paper, pencils and pens.
