humanity. Ubuntu means that people are people through other people. It also
acknowledges the rights and the responsibilities of every citizen in promoting individual
and societal well-being."

3. In what ways do you think the concept of Ubuntu can be applied in modern

about it and share your experience or the person’s experience and how it made

Social responsibility often involves giving back to the community.
1. What is your understanding of social responsibility? (3)
2. You are required to go out into your community for 30 minutes and practice social
responsibility. (Picking up litter, feed a hungry person, plant a tree, help someone carry
groceries, clean a garden, offer mentorship etc.)
