Air pollution is seriously affecting the climate of
Karachi. The more smoke is produced, the more
gases are added to the atmosphere. The more
gases are added, the more the temperature will
increase, leading to climate change. Smog is
becoming a major issue, especially during the
winter season. Not only is it affecting visibility,
but it is also making it hard for people to breathe.
The climate change is making many people suffer
from asthma, cough, throat infection, and eye
infection due to pollution of the atmosphere. It is
also affecting children and old people more. It
can lead to lung and heart problems if not
addressed.
