Linguistics 4: Phonology

This is a summary for Linguistics 4: the Phonology of English. It contains lecture content as well as a summary of the reading material from O'Grady and Carr. On the first page you can find an IPA chart. The phonological features can be found on page 6, 7 and 8.

This is a summary of the book from Carr (Wiley) Phonetics and Phonology an itnroduction, and for some chapters of O'Grady Contemporary Linguistics. Phonetics as well as phonology is summarised and explained. Chapters 1 - 10, 13 are covered from Carr and Chapters 1, 2 and 3 from O'Grady. I used this to pass my test, I hope you will too.
