1.meningitis: high fever, stiff neck, lethargy, irritability, headache,

9.acute coronary syndrome: crushing dull heavy chest pain because
heart is not getting enough oxygen
10.hypoglycemia: AMS, drunken stupor, pale sweaty, tachycardia, seizure
11.pulmonary edema: dyspnea, anxiety, sweaty, hypertension,
tachycardia, low oxygen saturation, JVD, CRACKLES AND WHEEZING IN
LUNG SOUNDS
12.pulmonary embolism: chest pain, shortness of breath, low oxygen
saturation, tachycardia, wheezing, swelling in one or both legs, COUGH,
anxiety
13.pnemonia: shortness of breath, green mucous, fever/chills,
chest pain, headache, pale, sweaty, fatigue, confusion, crackling
14.inhaled poisons: dizziness, dyspnea, headache, nausea, cyanosis, AMS
15.tuberculosis: cough with mucous, cough up blood excessive
sweating, fatigue, fever, weight loss, chest pain, dyspnea, and wheezing
16.diabetes: AMS, signs of shock, dehydration, fruity acetone odor on
breath
