personal reasons. This is shown in their openness to partner with the National Fisheries Development Board to ensure Indian standards are met regarding product materials and preservation of the ecosystem. 3.Mission and vision statements (as they affect the strategic direction)
It appears that this Company takes its Mission and vision statements seriously. Their mission statement is: “We will provide the most innovative, customer-driven design and growth in the industry.” They are doing exactly this as they bring a new, economical, foldable fishing boat to the fishers in India. Their vision states that they, “will be the most sustainable company in the industry.” This is shown by employing local people, by using recycled materials in their product, including their customers in design activities, and preserving traditional non-mechanical fishing styles that have little to no environmental impact.
