As you all know, Apple is known as the number 1 most innovative company in the world
right now. This is thanks to its innovation strategy what also includes business model
innovation.
Apple create a lot of product and mostly of them they must deliver great software and
hardware experience to their customers/users. Of course, it’s not only that, but also the
iPhone, iPad, iPod etc. And put into a new business spaces and create new market niches.
To make that happen, Apple hires innovators who wants and makes the best things for the
world. Which make it easier for apple to aim their goals and be more successful.
Mostly thinks that Apple leave out the innovative business models part. But that is not right,
they are also focusing on that part. They focus in this part because it can and has helped
Apple a lot to be successful.
For example, the AppStore and iTunes they launched are the principal reason for the
success of the iPhone, iPod. Because without this two features their product it wouldn’t
been that much use of that product.
To work like this shows that apple can be creative and create and deliver good products and
that they want to make better products and improve.
This shows also that if they focus on both innovative strategy and business model
innovation. When they combined these two, they got “put in the centre or a market
