at room temp to be counted.

Solve for x by cross mulitiplying.

Multiply the top and bottom by 1000. You are multiplying by 1000 because there are
3 digits after the decimal. If there were only 1 digit, you would multiply by 10. If there
were 2 digits, you would multiply by 100. 4 digits would be 10000 and so on.

After multiplying top and bottom by 1000, you will have 625 over 1000. Now, simplify
this by dividing each by 125 (largest number that will go into each evenly). Now, you
have 5 over 8, so 0.625 has been converted into the fraction 5/8.
