Lesbian Parenting and Child Health: A Multifaceted Review
A midterm paper for Child, Family, Community(ECE31). Discusses topics of academic achievement, mental illness, and psychological adjustment as indicators of overall health. References data from studies spanning the US, Canada, the Netherlands, and Sweden. Ultimately concludes that lesbian parenting has little difference from heterosexual parenting, with a slight tendency towards better-adjusted and happier children.
