THE PMU STATE BOARD EXAM

In order to receive a license as a cosmetic tattooer, the applicant
must meet the following requirements: - correct answer --Must be
in good standing in every jurisdiction where licensed, certified, or
registered
-Disclose any disciplinary action taken in another jurisdiction in
connection with the applicants practice as a tattooer to the board
-Disclose to the board if the applicant has been licensed
previously in VA as a tattooer
-Must not have been convicted of a misdemeanor or felony in any
jurisdiction where licensed (any records of convictions shall be
sent to the board within 10 days after all appeal rights have
expired)
