AIRWAY + NEK (+ MAJEURE BLOEDING)

ASSESS
! VOOR stabilisatie nek → Observaties Listen: Bijgeluiden - Stridor = Obstructie hoge LW (Insp.)
- Letsels
- Gestuwde halsvenen Feel: AH-beweging mond/neus
- SC emfyseem + crepitaties
- Trachea midline Look: AH-beweging - Normaal
- Assymetrisch
- Rocking boat (= voll. LW obstructie)
- Afwezig (X drive)

DECIDE

→ Bewust of onbewust = GCS ≤ 8/15 → X veilige luchtweg
➔ Staat van luchtweg - Veilig
- Gedeeltelijke obstructie
- Volledige obstructie

ACT

➔ Open de luchtweg - Chin lift – Jaw thrust (Headtilt X bij trauma PR dr mogelijk cervical letsel)
- Intubatie
- Cricothyroidotomie

➔ Mond inspectie/leeg - Suctie
- Magill (X met vingers in de mond van PT)

➔ Behoud de luchtweg - Mayocanule
- Intubatie (Oraal of cricothyroidotomie)

➔ 10L O² via NRM


VEILIGE LUCHTWEG ONVEILIGE LUCHTWEG
→ ET intubatie → Mayocanule (AH-drive nodig)

→ Cricothyroidotomie → Combitube

→ Larynxmasker
