TE (Task Status) - ANSWER Test: Changes have been
delivered/made to a customer's TEST system and the hospital
needs to test to confirm the code is working correctly.
CHT/CHL (Task Status) - ANSWER Change Control: Every time a
change is moved or made to a customer's TEST or LIVE system,
MEDITECH must obtain approval from the customer to do so.
The task must be updated indicating clear approval has been
obtained.

I (Task Status) - ANSWER In-house: Changes/code are Inhouse
and undergoing testing or awaiting other prerequisites and thus
not ready for delivery.
IS (Task Status) - ANSWER IS Staff: For customer's use only
where MEDITECH involvement is not necessary or desired,
however, the customer is going to use our system to document
and track issues on their own. Please note this must be enabled
by the corp tech group.
