Table of Contents • You will be required to create your own table of content which will have the appropriatge page numbers and titles. 4. Introduction • Personal Statement: Briefly introduce yourself and state the purpose of your Portfolio. • Course Overview: Summarise the HSY1512 course Purpose and outcomes found in your study guide (GD 001) and how they relate to your personal and academic goals. 5. Quiz Feedback • Quiz: Provide a copy of your quiz (Assessment 1), scores and your own feedback (in a paragraph) on what important elements stood out for you in the quiz. 6. Essay Planning • This will Include the graded essay planning and bibliography (Assessment 2) with grades and feedback. 7. Final Essay • This will be the final essay and an improved version of the draft essay. 8. Reflections • Learning Reflections: This will be 1 page reflection on what you have learned from the quiz and assessments 2 and how you have used those lessons in the final essay • Growth Reflections: Reflect on your overall growth throughout the course and identify areas for improvement.
