Achterkant humerus
• N. Axillaris = omcirkelt proximale humerus hals achterlangs (colllum chirurgicum)
o M. deltoideus
o Neuropathieën: hoge krukken, anterieure schouderluxatie, fractuur proximale
humerus
• N. radialis = sulcus n. radialis, voor laterale epicondyl, achterzijde pols (radiair),
oppervlakkige & diepe tak
o M. triceps
o Polsextensoren
o Vingerstrekkers
o Extensor pollicis brevis & longus
o Neuropathieën: ‘Saturday night palsy’ (drukneuropathie), ‘dropping hand’,
laterale suprachondylaire humerusfractuur
,Voorkant humerus
• N. musculocutaneus = lateraal bicepspees & lateraal onderarm
o M. biceps branchii
o Neuropathieën: vrijwel nooit (hooguit bij penetrerend letsel)
• N. medianus (C6-T1) = mediaal bicepspees & carpal tunnel
o Spieren:
1. Buigen pols, vingers & vingertopjes
2. Opponeert duim
3. Proneert onderarm
o Neuropathieën: Mediale humerus fractuur
Penetrerend trauma elleboog (infuus, venapunctie)
‘Eedhand’ & atrofie linker duimmuis
(3 medianusspieren) & carpale tunnelsyndroom
, Mediale zijkant humerus
• N. ulnaris = mediaal humerus, achter mediale epicondyl, ulnaire zijde elleboog
o Spieren:
o Neuropathieën: Stroomgevoel, klauwhand – teken van froment = een patiënt met
verzwakte duimadductie (n. ulnaris) zal bij knijpen duim in flexie brengen,
