How to create a Dashboard. - ✔✔Dashboard creation starts in Model Settings by
selecting Dashboards. From there, click Insert, name the dashboard and click OK.
When Dashboard Designer is entered the Properties Panel opens - ✔✔on the left. The
panel is relative to whichever element is selected. The Properties Panel is toggled open
and closed using an Icon in the top left corner.
In Dashboard Designer, on the menu bar is the Design, Preview Toggle. This toggle
allows - ✔✔to preview the changes you make in the dashboard without needing to
save, exit and then re-enter the Dashboard Designer. Toggling to preview allows you to
see what the end user will see.
When working with Dashboards it is important to save your work. You can tell if there
is an unsaved change - ✔✔if in the dashboard's tab the title is blue, in italics and
contains an asterisk.
To publish to Dashboard - ✔✔navigate to View → Publish to Dashboard. Hovering
over the selection provides two options. Publish to a new dashboard or select an
existing one.

your dashboard

What is the ability to synchronize the different elements displayed in dashboards. -
✔✔This means when an end user selects what they want to see, they see it in all of the
grids and charts on the dashboard that have been set to sync. So, for example, if you
select London on the page selector at the top, London is then selected for all of the grids
on the dashboard that are set up to be synchronized.

Designer. There are options for selecting which dimensions synchronize for Pages,
Rows, and Columns. These are set by dashboard element. As you select different
dashboard elements, you can individually set which dimensions synchronize.

A best practice in terms of adding users is to - ✔✔add new users and their role. If they
don't have a role, assign the No Access setting, then update the setting to the correct
