Process questions -questions that help the evaluator understand phenomena such as
internal and external forces that affect program activities
Output/Short-term questions -questions that help evaluators clearly understand how
program activities, products or associated services relate to or affect changes in behavior,
attitudes, knowledge, skills or the intentions of the participants of the program
Longer-term questions -questions that provide vital links between intervention activities,
products and services rendered & changes in risk factors, morbidity or mortality
