A cosmetology establishment must have this to have an apprentice - ANS-A list of
equipment
A license must be renewed by (date) - ANS-September 1st.
A licensee shall not (re: advertising) - ANS-use false, confusing or misleading
statements in advertising.

teaching purposes if it advertises that the work is done soley by senior students.

A student or Licensee shall not do any of the following: - ANS-*use lump alum or styptic
pencil to stop bleeding
*Carry tools, implements, supplies in uniform pockets
* An esthetician shall not use razors, scissors or clippers on the face or head of patron.

All Students Must Wear - ANS-A uniform and Nametag
An Apprentice of Cosmetology Must Complete X months before applying to the Board -

An Instructor who transfers to another school - ANS-Shall notify the Board within 5 days

attempt to engage in an occupation regulated u der this act unless they possess a
license or registration issued by the department
*A school or institution shall not operate unless licensed by the department.

of not more than $500.00 or imprisonment for not more than 90 days or both.
