Comparison and Contrast Essay: Vegetarians and Meat-Eaters
For the longest time, humans have debated eating habits. The evolution of generations has overseen human eating habits to grow poorer. The debates about eating habits usually focus on determining the drawbacks of modern eating habits and how they are detrimental to human health. In any case, humans need to maintain good eating habits, which involve focusing on high nutrient-content foods to remain healthy. As much as eating habits are greatly an individual's decision, other factors may influence human eating behaviour; factors like culture, religion, societal values and beliefs, and seasons also play a key role in the eating behaviour; these factors narrow down to creating two groups of human consumers; vegetarians and meat-eaters. My mother and I have always held divergent views and opinions about these two groups of consumers. After long sessions of debating about it, we concluded, in unison, that the two groups are consumers who are common but possess a myriad of differences. However, those who live on vegetables are healthier than those who survive on meat diets.
