In this report I am going to explain and compare the policies adopted by two different
clothes retailers. I am going to write about Philipp Plain and Primark, I am going to
compare the ambience in their stores, the customer service level, the price range,
and the look of the stores. The reason why I choose those two businesses is
because they are both clothing businesses, but they are very different in their target
market and target audience also style, shops look and, prices range. First I am going
to talk about is the ambience in Philipp Plain stores and Primark store.
Ambience
Philipp Plain – All over the world Philipp Plain brand is known as very cosmopolitan
and luxury brand and every Philipp Plain store can confirm that with the first look.
The luxury can be felt in the air. From the way the staff is dressed to every detail in
the store can be seen and felt the luxury. Two extraordinary visual highlights of
Philipp Plain stores are the huge Murano glass chandelier and the thing which
usually catch people’s first glance is the oversize skull studded with Swarovski
crystals. Every detail in the shop is made the best materials and every decorative
touch is made in order to show people the creativity and the luxury of the brand so
even if you never have seen any PP’s clothes, just with look at the store you can
imagine what kind of clothing there are in the store and would you wear them.
